ExamRoom.AI® Corp. (herein referred to as “ExamRoom.AI® ”) provides program updates, confirmations, and reminder notices via calls and SMS text messaging from ExamRoom.AI, or its third party subcontractor, on behalf of testing programs.
OPT IN ACCEPTANCE
When you opt in and provide your mobile phone number to receive updates, you are expressly agreeing that ExamRoom.AI, or its third-party subcontractor, may call or send SMS text messages to the provided phone number. Message frequency varies per user and testing program. Message and data rates may apply. You also agree to pay any message and data charges to a wireless carrier that may result from such service. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By opting in, you authorize ExamRoom.AI® to use automatic telephone dialing systems to call or send SMS text messages.
VOLUNTARY OPT IN
It is not a requirement to opt in to receive SMS messages or phone calls as a condition of purchase. Products and services will not be affected if electing to opt out. This is a voluntary service and you can opt out at any time.
If you currently live in the United States and have a United States mobile number: Text HELP to 877-848-3926 for help. Text STOP to 877-848-3926 to opt-out from receiving calls and SMS text messages. You may receive a message confirming the cancellation. If you have opted out and then elect to receive calls or SMS text messages again, you must text SUBSCRIBE to 877-848-3926 to receive messages again.
OPT OUT – INTERNATIONAL NUMBERS
For individuals living outside of the United States or with a mobile number outside of the United States: Log into your candidate account for your testing program to change your correspondence preferences.
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO OPT OUT
To opt out of receiving calls or text messages, contact ExamRoom.AI® Customer Service at 877-848-3926. To include your mobile phone number and state that you wish to opt out of receiving SMS text messages or call. The information you provide will be handled according to the ExamRoom.AI® Privacy and Cookie Policy.
By opting-in to receive text messages or calls, you affirm and acknowledge that:
You have a text messaging enabled mobile device with a text messaging plan and are authorized to use the mobile phone number provided to ExamRoom.AI® .
You are over the age of 13.
Text messages or calls are not secure transmissions, and will not be unencrypted.
Text messages or calls may, in accordance with applicable law, be intercepted and disclosed to protect rights or property, to protect the efficient operation of the network or comply with governmental authorities.
Text messages or calls may only be available in limited geographic areas and with certain telecommunications providers.
ExamRoom.AI® reserves the right to cease providing text messages or calls to you for any reason at any time. ExamRoom.AI® may, at its discretion, send you a text message or an email if it determines that it will stop providing text messages or calls to you.
ExamRoom.AI® will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind for providing text messages or calls or for failing or ceasing to provide text messages or call.
You will promptly notify ExamRoom.AI® of any changes to your mobile number including changing your number, cancelling your number, or transferring your number to another person.
ExamRoom.AI® may use an electronic record or other means necessary to document evidence of your consent to participate in this program.
